  COST was in anticipation list I posted earlier . Now it is having a breakout. Having an anticipation list allows you to profit from such setups by giving early entry. 

  When looking for anticipation setups, I am casting a wider net. Later in the morning, before open I reduce the list to just a handful of tickers to monitor.
